Benchmark FrontOffice provides online, web-based workflow management and demographic data validation for hospital pre-registration activities, including insurance verification, benefit validation, patient demographic collection, authorization, pre-certification and referral management.  Benchmark FrontOffice also keeps track of often neglected tasks such as responding to patient calls and coordinating activities with financial counseling staff.

Benchmark FrontOffice is not downloadable. It works on our servers to manage data from disparate hospital systems and organize pre-registration patient accounts into work pools that ensure patients are financially cleared at admit and that full financial clearance activities are completed for ER visits as well.
